This is introduction and my first public blog post.
My plan is to write here about various IT stuff, but I would like to mainly focus on things related to Oracle DB administration. Well, that's the plan, let's see how this plan is going to held :)
For this site I use a small and very cheap VPS running CentOS 7 with Ghost blogging platform with default skin/theme and Piwik analytics. Piwik is here only because I'm curious about who is reading my scribblings :), so maybe there will be some texts about this in future. If you're concerned about your privacy, you can always use something like uBlock ad-blocker installed on your browser (at the moment of writing this I use Firefox).
I'm planning to also integrate comments section into this blog, but until then you can find my contact data in the About section.
This for now, let's start with blogging...
